Seeng Sagar opened its doors in 2006 as the intimate sister residence to Deogarh Fort. Whether shared with other guests or reserved in entirety for an intimate family celebration here you can truly fantasize about being lord of all you survey.

Spectacular views over the reservoir, Seeng Sagar is built on a rock face with only sheep for company.

Each enormous double bedroom has its own personality and colour scheme, with wall hangings, rich silk drapes and intricately patterned rugs on the floor.

The inner courtyard and roof terraces offer peaceful opportunities for lazing the day away or watching the beautiful sunsets as you enjoy your evening sundowner. 

The villa is very isolated even to those seeking privacy, but it is hugely relaxing. 

It comes to life with a group of people, especially at night when torch-lit terraces and star-lit skies are the back drop to cocktails and light jazz. The rich and famous have held secret parties here with further rooms available at Deogarh fort or in their luxury eco tents that kiss the river banks across the stream. 

Fishermen and horse lovers would adore this setting between sittings or treks through the countryside. The horses are of fine quality but riders should be experienced. 

The owners are willing to provide cookery lessons, painting lectures and history evenings based upon their personal history and passions.
