This is a typical modern city hotel with 5* facilities and services. It is set in the heart of the town, yet surrounded by its own pretty gardens of lawns, colourful shrubs, flowers and large swimming pool. You are within a few minutes of a park, lake and the magnificent Grand Palace of the former Maharaja, illuminated on Sundays and national holidays. Today's Mysore is the home city of the Princely State of Mysore and features impressive architecture of that royal heritage. The region is known for its palaces, magnificent silks, sandalwood and incense. Be prepared to buy another suitcase.
Hotel rooms are spacious and well fitted with all the usual modern amenities, but fairly bland and cosmopolitan in style. The restaurants and 24 hour room service cares for all tastes and times zones.
